At AJ Concessions, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, delivered or picked up.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, we want to know about it.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order was incomplete

• Your order arrived damaged

• There was an issue with the quality of your product

We will review each situation individually and work with you to make it right whenever possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to preparation. Once an order has been prepared and in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
